Novel Painting Technique. David S. Soriano
I applied an 'acrylic emulsifying petrolatum' which I am developing to cardstock. After dry to the touch , a saturated solution of 'aquazol' was applied as a varnish.
The next day, 'cray-pas' oil pastel was applied (red) to the orange surface. It spread evenly and provides a rather unique appearance. This will be developed and progress uploaded as I proceed.
