Processing time from ordering is usually next day before they are shipped. Occasionally, during busy periods this may take longer. I am a one-person business and as such if I working away this will also impact on processing/shipping times, though I do try to arrange for someone to help where possible when this is the case.

I offer a range of different UK shipping options (except for shipping heavy/very expensive items or flammable goods which MUST go via Next Day Delivery for legal/insurance reasons):
 
Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) - £4.95 (max 2kg)
Next Day Delivery (1-2 working days when ordered before 12 noon) - £7.95 to £10.45 (max 20kg)

I also ship internationally to most countries including the US; Australia; Europe* etc. All shipping is worked out automatically depending on the weight of the parcel. If there are any significant overages these will be refunded accordingly once the order has been processed.

 

*Currently Europe is changing the way goods are shipped and has caused significant additional customs charges to any items entering Europe. As such, EU sales are currently on hold until this has settled and we can navigate the charges better (we have absolutely no control over these charges).

Please note I CANNOT ship any hazardous goods (eg flammable items) overseas - if these are ordered they will automatically be refunded and won't be sent with the rest of your order.
