Top (left): soybean wax, jojoba oil, pozzolana clay and commercial oil-based paint.
Top (right): paraffin wax, pozzolana clay, minerla oil and the same commercial oil-based paint.

Note: the 'mineral' formulation (right) foams a bit while cooling to a somewhat hard paste worked with bristle brush to produce the swatch.
