Supercapacitor Research/ Electrode Preparation

 

                                                        Fine metal screening as current collector.  Paste of ultra-fine activated carbon and exfoliated graphite with oil-based polyurethane binder. Pressed with 50 lbs .  500 lb -1000 lb presses with large quantities. This is a bench-scale prototype. Placed in lab oven at 100 deg for 30 minutes. Dry to touch.

Various separators between electrodes to be evaluated. Electrolyte compositions also to be varied. I will upload our progress.
